By using LePlay services, visitors agree to follow the applicable terms, safety rules and staff instructions.
Use of Facilities
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult as required
- Visitors must follow posted safety guidance and staff instructions
- Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn
- Terms may be updated when needed
Refund Policy
Cancel up to 48 hours before your originally booked slot for a full refund. Rescheduling does not extend the cancellation deadline. Each booking can be rescheduled a maximum of two times. Complete each change before your current slot starts. Choose any available future slot, including an earlier date or time than your current booking, on or before the date 14 days after your original scheduled visit date, in the venue's timezone. Keep the same plan, venue and party size. Your new slot is priced at the current rate, including applicable date-based pricing and taxes. Previous settled reschedule payments remain as credit. Pay any extra amount before the change is confirmed; a cheaper slot does not receive a refund. Any outstanding reschedule charges must be paid before check-in. For help, contact [email protected].
